The Cloud received one of the lowest scores on our quality tests due to a flimsy feel, hard plastic seats and a design that feels dated. It's also costly compared to other strollers that are lighter, so it's not the best choice if you're looking for a low-cost option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it comes with enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs with ease. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage but it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's difficult to push it while your legs are hanging like that. The lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.
During our tests, we found the Cloud to be easy to set up and open. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You have to slide the slider and then press the large white button. This can be quite a hassle if you are juggling children while you do it.
The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that could fit a medium diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however you'll probably need to put something in to reach back to take it out. The Cloud includes an adult and child tray with two cup holders each however they're too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.
Kolcraft has been around since 1946. Kolcraft brand has been in existence since 1946 and is a third-generation, family-owned company. They started out manufacturing crib pads and diapers, but now they manufacture a variety of baby products, including highchairs and infant car seats. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that's perfect for travel. It's extremely light at 18 pounds (lighter than many single strollers!) and it folds flat for easy transportation and storage. It also features independently reclining seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and under seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate kids of different heights. It also has an integrated one-step parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.
Jeep's swivel wheel system is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats, so your little ones must be 6 months old and have good neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller does have an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.
Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's a little heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's narrow and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxe details that make it perfect for travel. It's a simple fold, is extremely maneuverable and can be tucked away in the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.
Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct distinctions. It's also a bit more expensive, but it offers more maneuverability and an extra sun canopy. It comes with a handy carrying strap and can accommodate children weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+
If you're seeking a stroller which is light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just lightweight at just 13 lbs but also has plenty of storage space, including child and parent cupholders and a sippy-cup bag for the child, a parent's storage pocket, etc. This stroller is also compatible with a child's seat and has a brake that flips that is easy to engage. This stroller is designed to expand as your child grows. It can be converted from a baby stroller into a toddler stroller by attaching car seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children ages 6 months and up.
Another thing to take note of about this stroller is that it only runs on swivel wheels and doesn't come with locking options therefore it may not be the best choice for rocky or hilly terrain. It's a great stroller for pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, though, so it's still an excellent choice for the majority of families.

In contrast to other strollers that are side-by-side this one Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that is ideal for napping. The recline feature is simple to use, however it's not a perfect flat. Taller children may have legs hanging out when in the reclined position. It also features a large canopy which we found to be more effective in blocking out sunlight than other strollers in our top double strollers review.
The stroller is light enough to easily move through door frames which was a major issue for us with other models in our testing. It folds easily and its handlebars sit close to the ground for easy carrying. Its only drawback is its small storage space. When it is full of toys for kids it feels squeezed.
